General Info Session
We are conducting different out reach programs that provide the students a basic information on Study Abroad Program(SAP). Many students who could not proceed with their dream careers as they were intended due to reasons such as competitive admission procedures and requirements, delay in submission of application, lack of financial availability, Lack of knowledge for how to proceed etc. we can assist you to over come these hurdles to a great extend. Student assessment
Student assessment is a very important session of the process that actually leads to find solutions for impossible situations. During this session, one of our counsellors discuss with you either over phone or in person on a one on one basis to understand more about your educational and career plans, your domestic options, if intended for SAP, the motive and reasons for the decision, your current education status and grades, your employment history if any, your available financial resources and budget provisions, your intended career plans and goals etc. Based on the discussions we create a file for you and we will workout the best possible options available for you to achieve your goal at a shortest time and lowest budget. We also figure out the possible scholarship options and other financial support options for you.
Student Counselling
This is a one on one session between one of our expertise counsellors and the student who is intended for a Study Abroad Program(SAP). Based on the information gathered during the assessment session, our counsellors carryout a thorough evaluation and matching process in order to find out the most suitable country, institution and program of study for the student. The counsellors will also find out different scholarship and bursary options from the educational institutions overseas and other financial support provisions available from the domestic government as well as Non Government institutions. During the counselling session we will provide you with all possible information and options to choose from. You will be given enough time to make your mind to confirm the country, institution and the program of choices.
Application Process
After the counselling session we will advise our student clients to go through all the options that we provided pertaining to their Study Abroad Program. Once when a candidate is decided and finalized the program of study, institution for the education and the country in which they wanted to pursue studies, we once again explain all possible provisions for the study abroad program, fee structure, duration of studies, living cost specifically for the city where the institution is located, the possibility for part time employment in that city, life style and major traditions and cultural specialities and food style etc. Once the candidate is fully convinced and comfortable with all the situations and facilities, we advise the student to provide us with the copy of all the necessary documents required by the authorities to process the admission. As soon as we receive all the documents, we prepare the Application package for the admission and submit to the institution behalf of the candidate. We communicate with the institution during the processing and follow up with the process and make sure that the student is accepted into the institution and obtained necessary documents confirming the admission into the program that has chosen.
Admission Process
Up on submission of application the representative portal can be accessed by signing in to the database and monitor the progress of the admission process. In some cases there will be admission interview required by the admission authorities. Based on the availability of both the parties, we arrange this interview at an appropriate time. Some times the authorities may ask for additional documents if necessary. The admission department will issue a conditional admission offer letter as soon as they satisfied with the documents that we submitted. Normally the conditions that apply to the admission are varies depends on the individual situations. At the time of application, those who does not have, their final pass certificate or any other required documents such as language proficiency documents etc. the application can still be submitted and obtain a conditional offer letter that ensure a seat for the program in that institution. If the candidate wait for all the documents to submit along with the application, the candidate may be late and may not get a seat for competitive programs as the seat will get filled up faster. There will be a cut off date in the conditional admission letter to meet with the conditions. The candidate must make sure that the conditions are met before the date specified.
Visa Processing
Once after meeting with all the conditions of the admission offer letter, the admission authorities will issue an unconditional admission offer letter to the student. The student has to pay all the necessary tuition fees required by the institution as directed in the admission offer letter and obtain a fee payment receipt from the admission authorities. In order to apply for a visa, the student need to submit all the above documents along with other additional documentations such as passport, all the education and work related documents, the documents to establish your financial capabilities to study and live in the destination country etc. Our country specific visa processing experts will assist the students through the visa application process. The document and other requirements varies depends on the country to where the visa is applied and from where the visa is applied. For most of the countries, a medical check up may be required. The candidate may also required to submit a Police Clearance Document stating that no criminal records existing against the applicant. Once all the documents are submitted an interview with the visa officer can be expected. Once the application is met will all the requirements, the candidate will be issue with a visa to the destination country.

About our History

Greenline Employment Consultant Inc is an Employment, Education, and Immigration consulting firm that has been providing services to employers in Canada and to Job Seekers and Students from around the world including Canada since 2004. The business was initially registered as a sole proprietary concern and later in 2007, it was incorporated as Greenline Employment Consultant Inc. Due to labour shortage in the mining and hospitality industry in the provinces of prairies, we were focussing more on recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers for these industries from overseas. In 2008 Government of Canada came up with SPP program(Student Partnership Program) with an intention to promote international student recruitment into Canada from Asia. In order to make use of this new Government policy, since 2009 onwards Greenline has initiated certain new recruitment projects in order to tap the advantages of SPP. SPP program has later modified to SDS (Student Direct Stream) program and included more countries under this scheme. read more
